Selectedminimum Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning new concrete driveways, stamped concrete and patios. We introduce you to independent local providers. We do not pour, cut or finish concrete ourselves.
Why We Exist
Concrete is a big spend, and it is hard to undo. Many homeowners hit trouble because they rushed, skipped a written quote or never asked what drives the price. We built Selectedminimum Concrete to slow that down in a helpful way.
Our approach is simple. Spot it early. Set a realistic budget. Compare written quotes before any concrete is ordered.
How Providers Are Matched
You share a few details about your project, such as the type of work, the rough size and your town. We then connect you with a provider in our network who works in your area. Availability varies, so request a callback to check provider availability, or use the request form.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Give a clear, written quote
- Explain what is and is not included
- Talk plainly about base prep, drainage and curing
- Answer questions without pressure
Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and workmanship. Ask to see them before you hire.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not do the concrete work.
- We do not set the price. Each provider sets their own.
- We do not make promises on behalf of a provider.
- We do not handle repair or customer-service calls for past jobs.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners do not pay Selectedminimum Concrete to use the service. Providers in our network may pay for the introductions they receive. That does not change what you owe a provider for the work. Your agreement is with the provider.
What to Expect on Cost
Prices vary a lot by job. Size, thickness, reinforcement, site access, slope, finish and local labor all play a part. Treat any number you see online as a rough range, not an offer. A written quote for the whole slab is the number that counts.
