People who reach out to Selectedminimum Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect in return. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we introduced you to

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Selectedminimum Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@selectedminimum.property and include:

• Your name and a good way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you have it
• A short account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
